Sampler: Mixed export options

Change the $blogExpOpt of any of the following notes. Their names will change to indicate the new settings.
Although it can be inferred by the export options, I have checked those notes that will export as their own pages.
The COMPILE, BLOCKS, COLUMNS, and NOKIDS export options will (if $DEBips is true) append their respective Bips to the end of display name. These are "⤓", "⧈", "⸬", and "⬒".
However, just to make thing super clear, these Sampler notes use a display expression display expression that add the note’s actual export option KEYWORDS in angle brackets.
