Mr. Kunimitsou WAKAMATSOU ( Concert Flutist) (please see N.B)

He is currently a Concert Flutist and a Guest Researcher at Advanced Research Institute for Science and Engineering, Waseda University.

He received the Master of Music degree, 1971, the Premier-Prix with Special Honour for Flute and the Premier-Prix for Chamber Music from the Belgium Royal Conservatory of Music, Brussels. Continue to study Flute under Two Great French Flutists, Grand Maitre Marcel Moyse (1971-1978) and Mr. Andre Jaunet (1974-1978).

He was a Flutist at Belgium National Radio &Television Symphony Orchestra, 1970 – 1971, Metz Symphony Orchestra ( France) 1972 - 1974, Trier City Symphony Orch(Germany) as a Solo & 1st Flutist, 1977 – 1979.

Music lecturer at Zurich State Educational College, 1975 – 1977.

He was a Technical Adviser for Development of an Anthropomorphic Flutist Robot at University of WASADA from 1994 to 2011.

Since 2003, he has been a Guest Researcher at Advanced Research Institute for Science and Engineering, Waseda University.

His main research interest is analyzing traditional French Flute playing and transplant to the new world -- Anthropomorphic Flutist Robot.
