Purpose: Force-appends children as SmartButtons
By default, SmartButtons are omitted from a PAGE … or from a POST whose $blogExpOpt contains COMPILE. You can force the (redundant) inclusion of SmartButtons after the compiled text by adding the BUTTONS export option.
