POSTS
Prototype: POSTS should use the normal_note prototype. Its descendants can use any of the nine content prototypes.
A POST is a brief writing project that is (1) dated, (2) compiled, and (3) sits inside a category.
A POST will only export if its $blogReady
is checked.
A POST is compiled during export—the title and text of its descendants are appended to it in outline order with headings corresponding to outline depth. Thus the titles of children will export at heading level <h2>; their children, at <h3>; and so on.
For a POST to export, it must be the direct child of a category note. To create a category note, add a note to (or create a note inside of) Blog POSTS—it will automatically become a category note. (Any note that is added to Blog POSTS will have its $Prototype
set to cat_note automatically.)
Your readers will access your POSTS by way of categories that appear in a right-hand sidebar. To put a POST in multiple categories, make an alias and move it to another category.
